How long does shipping take?

US orders: 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days. Tracking is provided for every order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties may apply at delivery.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, on unused items in original packaging. See our return policy for details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been 5+ business days and you haven't received tracking, email support@trendinday.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to stop shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.
