I can’t speak long term but I like using the Kitsch products in the bags, which work so well. I also have the travel container. A superb idea. I need to use the shampoos for longer to be able to comment on how they affect my hair, but so far I am very pleased and a friend commented favourable without knowing I was using a new shampoo,, so……… 😊 Also the buying and delivery was very smooth and courteous.
